How do you clean up your vibration?
ByFeeling good is a raised vibration because your natural state is joy. And cleaning your vibration to bring it back to ‘good feeling’ is a really valuable thing to practice. The best way I know of is, when you catch yourself experiencing something less than your natural state… take a deep breath and find something/someone to APPRECIATE or find something that makes you laugh with pleasure.
I don’t know of any better vibration cleaners than appreciation and humor! That’s where I go when I need to get my energy into alignment.

Gratitude is also very important for raising that vibration. When I’m feeling down I right a gratitude list to remind myself of the things I should be grateful for.

Amazing how something so simple can change your whole state of mind. For me, it proves that things are seldom as bad as they seem. Keeping a journal of things I’m grateful for or even including the things I am grateful for while praying lessens the amount of “asking for more” I do.

It is important to reset your vibration and thinking. I keep a reset button at my desk at work which I hit in order to give myself that connection. Once my thoughts are reset and I start giving gratitude for something, my world seems to make much more sense.

I practice Appreciation.
I list ten things I appreciate about my life.
and that changes things, out there, every time.

And then there’s times I just call Mary K and laugh.
